Student Application

To enrol in a course with TrainSafe RTO, please complete the steps below.

Step 1.

  • Click the button to download the Student Enrolment Application (PDF).
  • Save the file to your computer or device.
  • Open it using Adobe Reader or any PDF viewer.

Make sure you download it first — filling it out in your browser may not save your information.

Step 2.

Open the PDF and complete all sections, including:

  • Your personal details
  • Training program details
  • USI information
  • Employment, language & education questions
  • Emergency contact information
  • Student declaration & signature

Return to this page and upload your completed PDF using the submission form below.

Make sure you attach:

  • Your completed Student Enrolment Application PDF
  • Any required identification (if requested)

Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you with next steps.
